Entry (entry fragger)

The first kill matters a lot. A team that gets it plays the rest of the round five against four, and in pro CS2 that team wins most rounds.
The entry often dies first, and that is part of the plan. If the entry falls, the next player behind them should trade the kill straight away, so the fight ends even. A good entry makes space for the team even when they do not survive.
What makes a good entry: fast reactions, good use of flashes from teammates, and the confidence to take fights where the defenders have the advantage.
Other roles on a team include the AWPer, the lurker and the in-game leader.
