Trade (trade kill)

Example: the entry runs onto a bombsite and is killed by a defender. The next player is right behind, sees the defender and kills them. The entry's death has been traded.
Trading is one of the basics of team play. Players move in pairs or close groups so that every fight can be traded. A team that keeps getting traded kills rarely falls behind in numbers, even when it loses the first duel.
A player who was killed but traded still counts toward KAST: the T stands for Traded. That is why KAST rewards players who take risky fights for the team.
The opposite of a good trade is an untraded death: a player dies alone, too far from teammates to be helped.
