How Attackers play post-plant
- Spread out to watch every way into the site, often from far away.
- Use abilities on the Spike. Molly-type abilities and lineups thrown from a distance force Defenders off the Spike. Many agents have abilities built for this.
- Play the clock. With 45 seconds on the timer, Attackers do not need to fight. Every second the Defenders waste helps them.
How Defenders fight back
Defenders group up and retake together, using smokes and flashes, and use the halfway defuse checkpoint to save time.
Strong post-plant play is a big part of why some teams win so many rounds on attack.
