Clutch

How clutches are won
- One fight at a time. Good positioning stops opponents from trading each other.
- The Spike. An Attacker can hide and let the 45-second timer run. A Defender can try a quick defuse, using the halfway checkpoint to save time. See Spike.
- Abilities. A last player with smokes, flashes or a strong ultimate has more options than in many other shooters.
A clutch does not need kills: defusing the Spike or surviving until it detonates also wins the round.
Clutch vs ace
A clutch is about the situation. An ace is one player killing all five opponents. A 1v5 clutch is usually also an ace.
